Extremely slow customer service. Took over 5 days and multiple messages for a reply to even begin a return. Then had to chase up refund a week after they received the product back. Was told refund would be issued on Wednesday (for some reason) despite already having received their product back for over a week. Should have been refunded ages ago. They only bothered to issue a refund 2 days after they said they would, so will be another few days until actually received. So it will be 20+ days from trying to get a return and refund. On top of that, they didn't refund the full amount (must be postage) which was a bit cheeky considering the poor customer service given, and the fact I still purchased another set of legs from them. Wont be using again.
