Booked my son a taxi and paid via Apple Pay however when my son got to his destination the driver said the payment was declined which was a total lie as the £7.50 pre authorisation was taken from my account he then told my son he had to pay another £4 as the payment declined! I then tried to call and I got cut off which says it all… so don’t ever use this taxi company as they like to steal money from my 18 year old son I won’t ever use these again. Absolutely shocking behaviour

Always let you down!!! Send the wrong cars or just cancel your taxi without telling you and have no explanations!!! When you call again they just say it was cancelled ill book again, after wait 30mins in the freezing cold no thanks!
