Felt like I was putting them out. Constantly spoken over and having words put in my mouth over questions. Got threatened with no treatment because I didn't complete the work the never sent me. Not ideal after a 4 month wait.

Impossible to deal with. Impossible system to navigate. Utterly unqualified and unhelpful in every way.

Kept me waiting for over two years and then gave a trainee. Was no help in the slightest. A very very poor service from unqualified staff. Must try a lot harder

Quite literally told me I’m too unstable for therapy, these people are shameful and a disgrace to psychological practices, they obviously have blood on their hands from vulnerable people who their malpractice harms. If you get referred here, simply move on and keep looking, this will only harm you more.

Had them call me today for "help" after being in a very potentially harmful state of mind. Anyway, the woman that called (Caroline) found it "distracting" that my phone signal wasn't brilliant, and just sounded bored and annoyed the whole time, actually getting quite rude when I asked her to repeat one of the questions. Just hung up in the end. I'm luckily on the waiting list for being prescribed talking therapies, however it is really worrying that someone that HASN'T had a change of meds and could be in deep crisis, can actually have someone like this call them. The woman should not be working in mental health at all. Avoid at all costs if you can, although mental health care in Worcs is scarce and quite shamefully lacking, go through your GP if you possibly can.

Had to be referred 3 times in order to actually be contacted. Was given CBT which made me more anxious. Their "solutions" were breathing exercises and meditation. I'd rather sort it out myself then go back to them.

Absolutely dangerous, told a suicidal person who went through months of beurocracy to get there that they “needed space” and then left them.

If you get referred here just cancel it. I’d rather be hung and quartered than step foot in that place again
