I wasn't entirely sure about kinesiology as didn't no much about it, Meryl and I chatted and we went ahead for a session Well what can I say I feel absolutely amazing after just one session it was so relaxing and Meryl talked me through each stage in detail so I always knew what she was doing and how we were moving forward Some parts were very intense (anxiety based)in the Sense of my feelings and I felt a little spaced out and tired afterwards for a couple of days,but it was so worth every second it has made me feel so positive and stress free my whole attitude has changed tremendously towards life and the things around me that are negative or cause negative thinking don't affect me anymore Thank you Meryl from the bottom of my heart in helping me to deal with my emotions and how to move forward, I look forward to seeing you again very soon xx
