Alan is an amazing herbalist. I have a chronic health condition and for every ailment Alan has a remedy. He listens to your symptoms and makes a tonic that is personal to you. The ABC herbs are so helpful and I take these everyday. When my niece was younger she suffered with Molluscum Contagiosum that spread across most of her body and was leaving scars. No doctors or prescriptions could help. Alan made her a tonic and she took ABC herbs daily and within 2 weeks they had gone. I consulted Alan after a diagnosis of Follicular Lymphoma 5 years ago age 62. I had diagnostic procedures from the NHS but wanted to take control of my own health and banish the fear of a long term condition. Alan was able to advise me about ways to support the fasting and ketogenic diet I had settled on and also recommended and supplied Lymph Cleanse and Herbshield tinctures, also ABC Powder, and I have been taking these ever since. Despite occasional blips when my immunity is weakened by normal life stresses I have remained really well and inspired to take better care of myself. I have not required any other conventional treatment and it's now well over a year since my last NHS blood tests , I can just phone them if I need to but haven't yet. Since I discovered I had bowel cancer two years ago I have been grateful for Alan's expert advice, always kind and pertinent, and his herbal medicines (Herbshield Tonic and Coloncleanse powder as my two specifics, ABC powder to boost the immune system, Coldless Tonic when I hadn't been vaccinated to build up my antiviral resistance, that I have been taking ever since the colonectomy. Recently having been told there are some suspicious mesenteric ganglions that need to be monitored, I am at last trying the ketogenic diet (for three months, initially) after a short spring fast that is part of my usual routine. I was reluctant to make such a major change to my low-meat Mediterranean-style diet, but Alan and "the data" have convinced me to give it a whirl. Thank you Alan for your ready replies, kindness and fantastic range of up-to-date knowledge in this tragically under-rated field of Herbal Medicine.
