This is a no frills establishment, and I prefer to bring my own oil, but I am always happy with the deep tissue massage provided by Tiehui Zhu. He is trained and experienced, and I can rely on him to "hit all the rights spots". I know I will get what I need out of the treatment and consider it good value for money. Thank you Tiehui!

I suffer from chronic back pain and recently had to deal with a slipped disc that completely misaligned my pelvis. I wasn’t able to walk for two days and I went into the Herb Dr and was cured in one session. Since that session, I have visited the doctor religiously to keep up with my body and mitigate ongoing pain, discomfort, and internal damage. My experience has been well above and beyond a five star review. If I could give a 20 star review, I absolutely would. The head practitioner, Mary Zhao, has changed my life and the work is, hands down, the most valuable gift and asset I could ask for as a professional performance, artist and dancer. My brother took my mum to the Herb clinic 7 years ago on a wheelchair du to a serious bad sciatica and other problems. Mary advised to go everyday and she did. Within few session the pain eased and the following week my mum was walking and feeling more energised!! My mum leaves in France and she came to visit 2 weeks ago, again suffering from sciatica, degestive problems and other issues. Of course she wanted to see Mary again! And so we did! Mary suggested the 3D acupuncture and we trusted her suggestion. The session is more intense but my mum stuck with it and already after the first session, she slept better and the pain eased. The following sessions were getting my mum to have more energy and less pain, which allowed her to walk better and a bit longer! My mum is 77 years old and uses a respiratory machine due to a a severe covid episode! Her voice got better after Mary's treatment and digestive problems eased! My mum is back to France but is looking forward to visit the Herb Dr again soon and she trust Mary who is very knowledgeable indeed but also very kind and supportive and generous. I only met Mary this time with my mum and I am so impressed that I am gonna use her knowledge to ease sleep problems and other issues. I highly recommend the Herb Dr clinic team as they are all professional and kind 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had never had acupuncture before and had both the fine needle acupuncture initially done and then the thicker needle with movement to address back pains and knee issues, as well as anxiety and stress. They helped a lot and Dr Mary was good about walking through what she did and why. She was very thorough and I appreciated her explaining things when I asked. Very professional and highly recommend her!

Battled with chronic migraines for 2years literally lived on medication and it really didn’t help much because I would feel relief for few hours then it all goes back to pain.really affected my social life because I get irrited by people even talking next to me.my fiancé decided one day to take me for a massage session but I with doubts mentioned my headache and dr Mary recommend acupuncture therapy i doubted this but encouraged by my fiancé to try, my 1st time doing acupuncture.she was gentle,and made me comfortable the whole time,treatment was painless and was booked to come in for nxt session the following week honestly for the first time in 2years I prayed to feel my headache cos it felt weird 🤣my surprise I didn’t feel headache nor pain nor irritation nothing at all I mean I felt overwhelmed with joy .😭😭 on my 4th session now and every week I’m amazed at the results I get thank you HERB DR MARY ZHAO🙏❤️❤️❤️
