Very friendly,supremely talented doctor.I attended her practice with a potentially very serious kidney infection which antibiotics had failed to cure .With very abnormal blood tests ,her wise council and treatment with acupuncture,cupping and herbal tea ,though unpleasant to drink has been extremely affective.

I cannot thank Dr Zhao enough - she has transformed our 8 year old daughter who had been unwell for 9 weeks with a post viral syndrome of pain, headache, nausea. Within 48hrs of starting the herbs she was a very different child. 4 weeks of treatment with weekly reviews she hasn’t looked back. I have verbally recommended many see her the past few weeks. My hayfever's gone! I've suffered with hayfever increasingly over the last 10 years, to the point where I was taking the maximum anti histamine. After 3 weeks of acupuncture and Chinese medicine from Dr Zhao at Herb Base Maidstone I began to feel much better...I continued with the 15 week course of treatment and have said goodbye to my hayfever and all antihistamines! My night flushes are also much improved, I have more energy and generally feel energised and happier. It's vital to complete the whole course of treatment...2 or 3 sessions will not produce lasting effects. I would recommend anyone to consider acupuncture without hesitation... it's a life changer!

Dr Zhao is a miracle worker who has transformed my father's life. He has slipped discs, scoliosis and several serious back problems and hip problems causing him to be bent-double for the past 8 months and in agony. We went to her after we found that nothing could be done by Western medicine to help him - there were too many problems in his back and hip to operate on. So he was discharged by the consultants saying nothing could be done. But in just 3 weeks, Dr Zhao's acupuncture and cupping has transformed him into being fully upright again, able to walk without sticks let alone crutches. Yesterday he walked his first mile and loved every stride. We are so very grateful to Dr Zhao for her intelligent and methodical approach.
