After having the catalytic converter cut off my car and ringing over 10 garages for a quote this was the only garage that rang me back. The lady in the office was prompt in ringing me back and put me at ease I was frantic as needed my vehicle sorted as travelling to rugby everyday. She gave me a quote and I booked it in . Dropped it off the next morning but more parts were needed to be ordered as where they had cut the cat, most of the pipe work and the back box . She rang to inform me immediately to see if I still wanted the work doing as more money of course I did I needed my car and the insurance were going to scrap it . Picked it up tonight and so chuffed to have it back and have my independence. Customer service was amazing … what a brilliant garage and will always go there again… Thank u Heraldway Garage you are lifesavers to me Xx Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
