I traveled 5hrs to get there just to buy some parts that weren't on the website and unfortunately by the time I got there it was about to close in 15 minutes but they still helped me out and allowed me to get the parts I needed, not only that but they also helped install some of them while I was there and posted the rest off so I didn't have to carry them all the way back, since the main building was closing they took me to a bit of a different place which had the parts I needed. The staff were very polite and professional. Even when they were about to close they still stayed and helped sort everything out.

Had my Herald Brat 125 over a year and has just been one problem after another. The dealer I bought from no longer stocks their bikes so they are generally unhelpful now. Local garage can’t touch the bike and advise me they need to go back to the dealers… the whole bike starts rusting very quickly. Definitely avoid the Chinese bikes, given the chance again I would stick to the larger brands!

I have owned a herald classic 125 ( a euro 4. 2021 edition) for nearly a year a really good bike "if you take care of it" , I've done over 10,000 miles and have had a few skids and 1 incident which left the head light bent and the licence plate broke but it still runs well. of course it does have some rust but that's cause of mine and the previous owners errors and incorrect cleaning. + things just naturally rust especially if its out in different weather and you ride it all year round there's not much preventing it. during the year I've ordered some replacement parts and they arrived pretty quickly though there are issues of them not showing parts on the website even though they have in stock and could sell them. I live quite far away from the company its self so I got mine from a dealer but for being from a dealer and it being second hand id say its a pretty reliable bike.
