I have worked at herald lodge for a little over 5 years. I love my job the progression I have made from being on bank to now being a senior care assistant. All the staff at herald work extremely hard and to very high standards to which they are trained and inducted within the home. We are a massive family who welcome newcomers and enjoy watching staff and especially residents grow in themselves. Our priority is our residents on a second by second basis we make sure they are happy,fulfilled,fed,clothed and continuing to do all activities they did at home throughout there lives. We have links with other homes and schools and the community around us and I can honestly say it's a pleasure to go to work as nothing is ever to much trouble.

I worked within the kitchen for a short time and the level of training and care is outstanding, the staff are all motivated to make sure all residents have a enjoyable life and are always looking to add things to make it even better.
