I was greeted by a staff member who was very helpful and then Kieren replaced both spring bars on my Rolex watch while I waited at a minimum cost. He was so informative and if I ever need a repair I would not hesitate to return I could not thank him enough and I will definitely spread the word.

    Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic customer care - I have an engagement ring that lost a diamond and the shank had come away from the stone setting plus a wedding band that was too wide and too small. They fixed the engagement ring and it now looks like new and made the wedding band thinner and bigger - absolutely brilliant work and one of the cheapest quotes I received for the work.
