Avoid this firm of solicitors at all costs. Instructed to deal with a property deeds issue, failed to acknowledge instruction, did not reply to emails and did not return phone calls (Charlene). Went back to collect copy paperwork but could not locate! Told they' d call when found. Won't hold my breath. Totally unprofessional.

Avoid like the plague. Took on a conveyancing engagement in February and now today have been told they are too busy. They don't respond to either calls or emails. Very disappointing and lost over 6 weeks in the process.
