Great service from start to finish. Toilet was broken (cistern not filling up properly and very loud after flushing). Called The Red Van Plumbers and booked an appointment. They arrived on time, wearing a face mask and sanitised hands before entering. The plumber also put covers over his shoes, which was good as I didn't need to ask him to take his shoes off. The issue with the toilet was with the siphon. The plumber was able to fix there and then as he had a spare on his van. Very professional and friendly service.
