Henton Kirkman were the Agent who acted for our seller on our recent house purchase. They were by far the best estate agent we came across on our house search in Billericay and the surrounding areas - professional and helpful at all times. Both Nick and Tim (and others in the office) went above and beyond on several occasions. Once the chain was "complete" and the chain entered legals stage, Henton Kirkman did an incredible amount to help progress the various sales and purchases at all levels in the chain. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home and, from a buyer's perspective, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
