I recently moved in to a new property for rent... As I'm new to UK, I was really worried about renting a property ,reference checks and all other stuff.... Mr. Philip was the one who came for viewing and he gave detailed explanation for all my queries and luckily my landlord accepted my request.... My whole process was quick ,professional and in an organized way....
