I have been practicing the art of karate for the past 13 years and have grown stronger mentally and physically. It teaches you discipline, self control, courage and integrity. It helps remove the dark energy from your soul and use your inner strength for good. The senseis and all my peers have been fundamental to me growing more confident in recent years and my social skills have vastly evolved. I have been going to karate for the last 10 years. I believe anyone at any age can participate. It does not also teach you how to fight but also to have discipline and courage wherever you go. All the senseis have motivated me and have put extra effort till where I am right now. All of the senseis are open minded and always willing to help.
