Amazing jewellers, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly staff. Needed my engagement ring repairing, 3 new claws, resizing and a missing diamond. Was given a very reasonable quote. All done in 10 days and to a very high standard. Price came in well below the quote . Super pleased with it and will definitely be using them again.

my husband went in today to get price for new clip on my necklace that had broken man took necklace in back of shop to see if he had clip came back with it mended then said price would have liked to be given price first before saying if wanted it mending when said this in shop was told well i can take it of to me this is rather rude will not be returning to this shop

Totally bespoke quality reliable small family run business,Not like your big commercial boring not caring about customers big boy jewellers that don’t care about the service they give!! Jason and his staff couldn’t be more attentive and friendly with you fulfilling all of your needs from designing a wedding/engagement ring to selling a top end Rolex watch they have it all! Once you enter the highly secure doors you feel completely safe and at ease to browse and look around! As it’s a family run business you get 5 star service every time you enter! Jason and his staff look after you like a VIP and not just another customer! If you want the best service and value from getting a watch battery changed, selling gold, rings and jewellery to a high class watch come in for a visit you won’t be disappointed!

Incredible service- I was recommended this jewellers from a friend who recently bought an engagement ring from here. I was planning on proposing to my partner and already had a ring but it needed repairing, resizing and cleaning. I messaged Henry rose via Facebook messenger and had a really friendly response telling me they could do it and gave me a rough idea of how long it would take. They were extremely professional and completed everything within two weeks, meaning I could ask her the big question whilst we were on holiday and make it extra special. They also included a beautiful presentation box which made the proposal even more special, thank you to everyone at Henry Rose. I fully trust them with all of my jewellery needs in the future.

I've just collected an 18ct Gold ring which I had bespoke made to order to replicate my late Grandfathers ring that I lost. The service I've received from Jason and Sam was nothing less than outstanding. From an original chat over what I wanted, to CAD design images through to manufacture and then delivery. Everything went perfectly. Jason and Sam communicated very regularly with updates on the progress of my piece. The finished result is an incredible, beautifully made ring that is exact to the original design I was presented with. I'm over the moon and would highly recommend this family business jeweller especially if you are looking for something a little bit different.
