First time I've used Parkhurst, normally use Boots on North Bridge, what a complete eye opener (no pun intended). The service was fast, friendly and very professional. The whole process started on time, no sitting around waiting for 20/30 minutes. Started with the eye exam with each step being explained then onto the frame fitting. Again the process was explained and I was impressed with how much time the lady spent getting the measurements right. What a difference, certainly won't be using Boots again.

Parkhurst is a wonderful opticians, we have been using the Bentley branch for the past 8+ years. Can not fault the service we receive from ANY of the staff who have been brilliant with myself, my wife & our 9 year old daughter. The staff are very friendly & very well informative. The prices of the glasses are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the Bentley branch of Parkgurst to EVERYONE!!!!!

I took my son here twice and both times the same optician got half way threw the test and just gave up as my son can't sit still for 2 mins. Said his eyes were fine around 2 month ago. Gone to specsavers and he needs glasses. Not child friendly at all. And will not be returning here.
