I stayed as a group at Holme Street House for the weekend. It was the most incredible house with beautiful gardens and a great pool. Henry Adams was great with communications, sorted any issues out immediately and a very friendly team. I’ll definitely be using them again.

We tried to use the grill on Saturday and the element is hanging down. It caused the toast to set fire and then subsequently tripped out the oven (managed to turn back on by pressing trip switch) We only had 4 toilet rolls for the whole weekend, minimal sugar and 2 dishwasher tablets. The kitchen is poorly equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. We tried to make fried eggs and then realised there was nothing to get them out of the frying pan. As previously stated there is no instructions on how to use appliances However, the cottage was clean and comfortable and in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was great and the location was AMAZING, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach - and the beach was so quiet even though we visited on a hot bank holiday weekend. Overall a great stay to celebrate a family birthday with 8 adults and 2 dogs!

We (family of 2 adults, 2 children and a baby) had a really lovely stay here in May 2023. The cottage was perfect for our needs - a home-from-home close to the beach. The garden is beautiful and has a real English country garden vibe. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening sun. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We were on holiday without a car and the cottage is ideally located within walking distance of shops, the beach and the amusement park. We had one query during our stay, relating to the washing machine, which the owners via property manager responded to quickly. We very much hope to return in the future!
