Bad Drivers
Nice concept with a rooftop bar in a prestigious area of the city. However, we had a couple of issues that ruined the experience. Firstly I had an item stolen from the terrace, possibly by a group of girls on the table next to us. Secondly, there is an entry fee of £5 on Saturday evenings - they will place a stamp on your hand to indicate you have paid. But be warned, if you leave the premises the bouncers will not allow you to re-enter. A little unfair and disappointing.

I’ve had a great experience here many times, but I went on a bank holiday with pre paid tickets. We got there for 4pm (as the ticket stated) and there was no one on the door, so everyone in the venue hadn’t paid, we even asked around and that was confirmed by many guests. When the ticket lady finally arrived at gone 6pm we went to the downstairs bar and found out it was cheaper to just pay at the door - seems a little strange. We also wanted to pop out to meet some friends and come back, the ticket lady refused saying that ‘once your ticket has been scanned you can’t leave because we will be at full capacity and you will have to pay again’ I’m sure if we’ve prepaid, our tickets should be part of that capacity and nevertheless the capacity can be reassessed at reentry without having to pay twice? We asked to speak to the manager and the ticket lady claimed that was her so there was no one to escalate to. The next day I messaged the venue on instagram asking for a complaints email but I had no response. This experience has completely put me off the venue because of the aggressive, totally rude staff and completely unfair door policy.
