Me and my partner had a very difficult time with Henlys whilst trying to go through the process of a rental. We thought that the communication was extremely poor and rude most of the time! They took no responsibility for their own contract that was written in a really amateur and ambiguous manner. Had to pull out 4 days before moving as the paperwork was still in shambles. Had a really stressful time and would really recommend not going to the trouble of renting with Henlys.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company over the span of two years - I’ve left a review on two occasions but both have been removed. Staff members are rude and aggressive, they also broke tenancy laws and let themselves into the home I was renting when I wasn’t there, without my permission. I would advise people not to roll the dice with this company and especially not with Jacqui.
