Clearly, he is right up to date with the latest knowledge and has great communication skills and a reassuring, positive manner. I have seen many good physios over the years but this whole experience stood out, I am not an athlete but the level of care and attention was outstanding. As a professional dancer and performer for 27 years I have had my fair share of injuries that come with the job and have seen physiotherapists around the world while on tour. Some fantastic and some very bad. I came to see Charlie at Henley practice while in Guys and Dolls at the Mill at Sonning which has a considerable amount of strenuous dance and movement. I could quite literally not walk from the pain iny lower back caused by a herniated disc. The prognosis wasn't great but Charlie set to work correcting the issues. Her demeanour, concern and positive energy were overwhelmingly helpful in how I approached the healing process. An injury that should in reality have caused me to leave the show and taken months to correct has, with her incredible knowledge and assistance, corrected itself within a matter of weeks. While I'm still in the recovery process, the improvement has been phenomenal. Her exercises and self-treatment advice has been flawless. I would without hesitation recommend Henley Practice for their professionalism, friendliness and experience in all fields of physical therapy.

An incredible place to go for absolutely anything sports related. They have an amazing, experienced team of PTs, Tri Coaches, Physios, Chiropractors and pilates instructors. The gym is equipped with all the equipment you need and the 1-on-1 coaching offered ensures the place is never busy and your session is 100% about you. Would highly recommend as the best place in the area to go to achieve your fitness goals.

I wanted somewhere to get fit in a way that was suited to my individual needs, and that is exactly what Renae has done. She not only listens to what I want to achieve, but she pushes me to my limits whilst making it fun and ensuring that every session is different. The whole team is friendly, professional and SO good at what they do. I can highly recommend Henley Practice for classes or one to one personal training.
