Would have given 0 stars if that were possible. I have been trying to get in for over a year and every time I speak to someone after waiting for like 20 - 30 minutes I get told there are no more appointments on that day and to try again tomorrow. Closed Wednesday mornings for training purposes and closed Thursday afternoons. I have never set foot in the Surgery since Crossley Practice merged with it. Disgusting and an absolute joke of a practice. I'd move but where to go? UPDATE.22/05/2023. Received a text from them today no apology or any sort of understanding just basically in short the text was read as if they don't care and I can go somewhere else if I don't like it. Which I will be doing. I will make a formal complaint regarding the text as it was rude. I've never managed to set foot in the place since it merged and now I never will. This concludes my review.

That's the worst surgery i ever see .. you call @ 08:00am you are caller number 30 and buy the time they answer you all the appointments are gone .. they need to change all the old unprofessional receptionist . There's no point of having Henley green medical centre if they can't help people . It must well get closed .. useless . They don't even deserve one star .. if there's 0 , I will give them .

I'm absolutely appalled. They try to diagnose over the phone, especially in children. My son is so unwell, very high temp, shakes, dizziness and him screaming in pain due to his legs. Yesterday weds 8th March 2023 I rung the surgery at 08:06, eventually call answered just after 08:30 and because .y son is 4, they told me he will have an emergency call. Around 14:00 I get a call back to say its out of hours between 18:00 and 21:00. This is not good enough. Spoke to out of hours and Dr was not happy that it was a phone appointment as as he's so young, he should of been seen. I am NOT going to A&E when GPs are supposed to.see him. I get a phone call today, which no voicemail left, rung back and they want to make an appointment for next week. NO thank you. HE IS 4 years old. When are GPs going to take people seriously and actually see their patients face to face? I suffer with severe mental health and they refuse to see me face to face too. I am still awaiting my medical records before 2017 since I asked the surgery for them last year around this time. I hope for their sake nothing seriously happens to my son as I'm.making a HUGE complaint. I know this is nationally but we as patients are entitled to see our GPs face to face and not be refused. Dr's say don't diagnose yourself on Google, but they're making so many mistakes with misdiagnosis. If my son gets worse, I will be going to A&E wasting their time as its YOUR job to see YOUR patients. You have failed patients.

I went for a physio, he was polite and understanding. But the toilet was out of action.
