    Have great cars on website, we live local so we dropped in, found out they emphasized on internet sales and don't store cars, the car I was interested in was not on site and they would not contemplate arranging a viewing as they said they are also local for storage, I mentioned test drive.......nope......you have 7 day returns in which time you can return no questions asked for refund. PLEASE anyone that does that make sure you tell them you will want your "part x" back as they may offload it in 7 days - OK you may get the cash value of your new car back but bare in mind you may have also lost money (£10k part x is probably worth £12+k to them, they are in business, but it is my opinion it should be policy to hold your part x for the 7 days) shame really as I was a cash buyer.

    Bought my first BMW 4 series gran coupe from henley cars, honestly, the service I recieved was absolute class! I've been to so many dealers and I'm sure many would agree you feel how superficial the treatment is from the usual dealerships, Here I was greeted by Ross, who was an excellent host, he guided me to their sofa with a screen showcasing my car and a welcome message, Later was invited to the large garage where my car was sitting in the middle. The car was cleaned to an absolute clinical standard! You'd think your car is fresh out of the factory. The mechanic, who was very friendly and real informative, completely broke down the guard I had put up (from the experience of dealing with other dealerships) Ross dealt with all my questions and honestly, it was part of the reason why I went ahead with taking the car. The ride was very smooth, can't fault a thing. No issues and I'm not worried if there was ever to be one, because I know if there's anything I need to ask the team I wouldn't just be forgotten either. I am definitely recommending these guys to friends and family.

    Deeply impressed with car360 (Henley Cars) They were happy for me to "trade down" (unlike Cinch) and I was delighted when my as new Mercedes GLC 250 arrived. I specified Autoglym Lifeshine and paid extra for a covered transport (Thanks Elliot) so the car really did look like new when it arrived. The vehicle is everything I wanted and I could not be happier with my experience. I was particularly happy with a px price 2k above webuyanycar. Very happy to recommend and will not buy my vehicles from anywhere else in the future. Great job to all the team (especially your valeters!) Outstanding!

    The whole process of buying my car took one week from the time I first called Henley Cars to receiving my new car. It took only another week for me to get the refund on my part exchange vehicle. I originally spoke to Nathaniel who explained the whole process of buying a car online with them (I had previously test driven a car with a local dealership). We were able to come to what I think was a very good price on both the new car and on my part exchange within a couple of phone calls. Ian dropped off the car the following week and his communication and handover was clear, thorough, but relatively quick. Overall I'm incredibly happy with the service received from the team at Henley Cars and couldn't recommend them highly enough, especially vs new online retailers such as Cazoo/Cinch.

    I bought my 2016 BMW X1 in 2020 from the guys at Henley Cars, dealing with Ross and Barry predominantly. The process of buying my car was made extremely straight forward and I was kept in the loop throughout. For a used car dealership the place feels very high end, and the way the car is presented to you on collection day inside the garage made it look and feel like a brand new purchase. The main reason for the 5 stars was their honesty and going above and beyond. The car was sold on agreement of a 12 month MOT however it failed for one rear tyre being below limit and rear brake pads, one tyre came up as an advisory. Rather than just replace the one tyre and brake pads, they put four brand new tyres on and changed the pads. Car was then given to me with 12 months MOT and 4 brand new tyres + pads. You cannot complain with service like that. My only slight criticism was the fact I had to send them my drivers license and I am 99% sure they lost it, as it was never returned to me. However no complaints given the rest of the service I received, thanks to Ross and Barry. Would recommend and use Henley Cars again in future.

    Easiest 5 star review I’ve given for a long time. I was slightly apprehensive when I found out this dealership was 100% online, meaning you weren’t able to visit and see the car prior to purchase, but they had a 7-day money back guarantee which I thought I could activate if needed. When I saw the car on the collection day I couldn’t believe it was second hand - honestly I’ve never seen a better prepared car. The collection experience was first class and the team went the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again and highly recommend.     I am generally not one for reviews, but I feel this one is most definitely merited. As of May 2022, we were in the market for a bigger car to suit our family needs and that’s when we came across our soon to be E-Class estate at Henley Cars (Car360). We dealt with Nathaniel from start to present, (as well as Emma & Tom). Despite a number of hiccups, from the paperwork, to the car itself, Nathaniel and the team couldn’t of been anymore helpful, or attentive to resolve things as quickly as humanly possible. When we wanted to feel frustrated, and upset as we have done with past dealerships, we couldn’t. Nathaniel actually made my partner and I, smile and laugh. I’m pretty sure I said “I want to hate you but I can’t”. The whole buying experience was totally different to the “norm”, and I can honestly say, that despite the hiccups, the sales journey from start to present is what made us write this review. We were looked after, even right down to the driver Ian who delivered the car! Henley Cars, puts larger dealerships to shame, and although it might of not been totally perfect for us, they did everything they could to try and make it so. We will be back, even if not for a car, but for the amazing hot chocolates and a blether! Thanks again, we hope you go from strength to strength as it’s certainly deserved!
