A second purchase of the jumbo 42. Solid machine, impressive value for money compared to others. However, what sets them apart was the customer service received for the second machine. A fault was found on first use of the new machine, logged an email that evening. Was then phoned back at 9am, and I had a brand new machine delivered the same evening. (New machine has worked as expected since, and have since been told the fault found was a 1 off, which I’d tend to agree with based on the first purchase) Got say fairer than that.
