Amazing service. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Val and Prince came to my house to do a collection and they were so great and worked so hard to help us load/unload. Both of them went above and beyond to do their job, they made the move so easy and it was great teamwork, everything was so organised. I sorted out the paperwork and finding the correct unit size with Val, he was so helpful and informative. He also made sure I had the correct unit size and didn’t just waste my money on a bigger unit when it’s not needed, you can tell Val cares about his customers and their needs. Val also helped with the loading/unloading and put in a lot of hard work, Prince also worked so hard, his stacking skills are on point, he utilised all the space in the storage unit and the van and made sure everything fits, Prince did an amazing job at stacking the storage unit and made sure I had enough room to access it. I would recommend this place to everyone. I’ve never met such a good team before and they were just great, nothing bad to say about this place. Henfield Storage in Wimbledon should feel honoured to have such a great team working for them. The storage units are also very clean and nice, its also very safe, you have lift access and also trolleys to help you with your load. Thank you so much for your help Val and Prince, I really appreciate it.
