    I do not understand the good reviews. The opening hours are not convenient, meaning I can’t access my things when I really need to. You would think they would install the security lock and get a guard for people to be able to access their pods 24/7 for the money we are paying, but that’s not the case. My storage unit seems to constantly have some sort of renovations nearby, they shut down the lifts and don’t let you access the area despite you saying that as per your contract you can access your things when needed. This has been going on for about 3 months now (February - April). Every time I go in I have to argue to get to my things and I have to deal with an extremely rude site manager who physically blocks the entrance. For the price I was expecting a lot better.
