Managed to downsize to smaller room-which was great- but the promised second man and van never turned up ( for a 150 sq ft room) . And no compensation for the lack of man/van or extra help at facility. Should have done a second run, but too tired to make this happen. Still got loads to do tomorrow in our car :(. That said, Tim did a fantastic job of fitting an extraordinary amount into the van, and into the room. Also some minor damage done to a couple of bits of furniture. Will see in 12 months time if the sofa and mattresses have survived on their heads :0.
