Made an appointment to drop my partners van off. They suggested a time of 7:30am which was ideal as she needed to be back home for 8am to leave for work. All details supplied in the confirmation email. Arrived on time and waited, no evidence that any staff were present and no instructions had been provided on were to leave a vehicle and key. Due to time constraints, only so long we could waited before having to leave after about 20 mi s. If I could give zero stars I would. If they can't get the simple things right then it does not instill confidence that this company can be trusted to properly inspect and rectify issues with a vehicle.

If your car has an issue in the first 6 months they will do all they can to avoid accountability for it despite that being their legal responsibility. Wasted an entire day trying to work things out with them and they even suggested I lie to the RAC in order to get the van to their work store. Unbelievable, I wish I had gone elsewhere.

I wouldn't normally go to a main dealer. ( I can't be I'm saying this but) the staff at the front desk were so helpful. My transit van was in for a full service. Which I didn't have to sell the house for. At this end I came away with full peace of mind. Thay even give you a video of the inspection under the vehicle. Which was interesting to watch although I kept thinking thay would find something really bad.
