DREADFUL.....This review is more targetted at the Hendy booking line. Scott and Lucy in Salisbury amiably did their best to solve my issue. In short after almost 3 months to arrange a sevice appointment despite using the online booking form only with my incesant chasing of the call centre which you are funnelled through. Asking for timing belt change along with the premium service package only to find the part wasnt ordered as they needed to provide a quote even though it was on the job sheet. As someone who very rarely complains I couldnt be more frustrated with the whole process. Every step of the way a nightmare!. This is my second Dacia and I have never had this issue dealing directly with dealership. Dacia for crying out loud sort it out!
