The vehicle was being repaired under warranty. It took 3 and a half months to get the full parts. This is a Renault issue. Communication was poor. Returning of calls was poor. There was no end date available for parts which continued to add to the disappointment of the situation. Nothing was offered in way of recourse for parts not being available. As a fleet customer I don't believe that I am owed more than others but as a customer of renault I felt unvalued

I arranged for a van as a courtesy vehicle as my van was being serviced. When I arrived to drop of my van no courtesy van was available and I had to take a car. The service department should have contacted me to tell me no van was available and offered to reschedule my service.
