Service was slow, the guy took over 5 minutes from me pushing the bell to getting to the counter. The sad thing is that he was prompted twice by his colleagues that there was someone at the parts desk. Poor customer service bit good stock. Hence 3 stars. Hopefully better next time and I can change my comment

your delivery driver, the big, red head guy with glasses is one of the rudest drivers ive ever known, he refuses to take returns half the time and refuses to deliver parts to the right depo, we have 2 sites in the same town but 2 very clearly different addresses, we state which site the order needs to be delivered to when ordering, he will deliver to the wrong depo nearly every time and acts like its our fault and refuses to take to the right site. really unprofessional guy. please have a work with him as if he continues he will be denied accesses to either site in future
