I bough an approved used car from this dealer. Oh dear I could write a story on how unusual this sell went down and how none of us suspected that simple car sell can be so thrilling. Long story short they did drop a ball and I am convinced it was not do to a negligent but simply that sometimes thing are just fated to go wrong. My certainty comes in small part from vastly positive coments regarding this dealership and in most part from how they have handled whole situation. Therefore, this 5* review is not about how greate Hendy Mazda at Horsham is when all go nice smooth and easy (they have many of those) rather it is 5* review of their approach to client when things go wrong. Based on my experience I can strongly recomend this dearship to anyone and everyone.

Then after a week they called me to say they will sell it to me. What a cheek. I told them I went elsewhere and purchased a BMW instead. Really bad business ethics. Be very careful
