I was looking to replace our car as recently retired. Had done some research and got down to two cars. Visited respective showrooms on same day, listened to the options and went for the Kia Sportage for several reasons. Firstly they listened to what I wanted from the car (my golf clubs needed to fit in the back), hybrid and decent spec. I was really surprised what come as standard. I arranged a test drive but also wanted my partner to drive which Matt arranged. The bit I liked best about the experience was while we were waiting they took Linda around the car with no sales pressure, so refreshing. Now driven over 700 miles. Car is great, really pleased with it. Well done Matt for looking after us through the process.

Very pleased with both service and my new Rio. Jack Hutchings in the pre-owned dept was excellent, arranged test drive and during it willingly wore the mask I supplied as we are at high risk from Covid so still shielding. Decided to buy new instead and Andreas Amadio in the sales dept was very efficient and helpful, even arranged to take my part ex car in early so I didn't have to re-tax and provided a demonstrator for me to drive until my new car was ready. First class service all round and I love my new bright yellow Rio !

19 plate car first service 2020, 5984 miles, second service 2021, 5984 miles, third service they couldn't be bothered to fill out service book so dont know mileage. Had service done today luckily this time they could be bothered to fill out service book. Totally unacceptable on a new car from a main dealer.
