Last year I had our Iveco chassis motorhome serviced at Hendy and when we got home we checked the oil and found we were short of 2 litres of oil. Glad we checked! Everyone makes mistakes however we have just had it serviced again this year, but before we left we checked the oil. The oil level was good but the oil filler cap was just resting on the side. Spoke to the manager who responded with ‘Would you like me to get one of the lads to put it on for you’. I am more than capable of ‘putting it back on’, but he missed the point completely. £600 for an oil change and they can’t even put the engine oil filler cap back on. We will be going elsewhere next year. Shoddy work Hendy, you need to try better!
