This place is fantastic! Registered my cat early hours of the morning after seeing him present symptoms of cystitis or potential block. Called when they were open and they told me to come in urgently as it may be a block. Thankfully he done a wee so block was crossed off. Even on arrival after saying this they still treated him with the same urgency as when I called before - took him back straight away and gave him a quick check to cross off block. Then told me to wait to see vet. Paid consultation fee at this point. Even on a day where they seemed very busy I was seen with him within 20mins (I expected much longer!) Eleanor was the vet I saw and she was absolutely lovely. Gave me information I needed, meds, back up meds due to bank holiday and supplements to try and help these bladder issues. Even with all the efforts to make sure he’s okay over bank holiday she still told me she’d be there over the weekend if things get worse again. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. There was a guy there who I spoke to, a lady (who I’m sure they were calling Mrs B) and another young extremely cheerful lady who gave me meds(sorry I wish I got all your names! Given enough information so hopefully you know who these great people are!) PDSA may be a charity but I feel no different to seeing a vet for £100s. It’s clear everyone loves and cares about animals here! Thank you!
