He was highly responsive, very reliable and carried out high quality work; also, his quotation was very reasonable and the most competitive one (among the quotes I received; many engineers that I contacted did not even bother to return a quotation) If you need a new boiler (or repair an old one) Laurence is your man!

Laurence Henderson recently installed a big boiler in our new home. The service that he has provided is second to none, friendly, clean and very professional. We spent quite a bit of time looking for a plumber in York and it's not an easy task because some are not very serious and you never know who can you trust or not. Mr Henderson is honest, knows what is doing and at a reasonable price. we certainly found our plumber. See you next year for the boiler service. your French customer:)
