Our son started at Hemsley house baby unit when he was 9 months old. He has always been happy and settled in very quickly in a fun, interactive and stimulating environment. He is now nearly 3 and speaks so fondly of his carers, we are always thankful for their kindness, their care and nurturing teaching with our son, we throughly recommend Hemsley house. Thank you to Emma and Sam for being continuously helpful

Terrible! The manager Samantha is so rude and blunt! She doesn’t return calls, to the point that I had to email her to complain about her lack of communication! our son started on Monday and already we are looking for a new nursery! I would NOT recommend!!

Lovely nursery/pre-school with a nice garden and brilliant staff. Both my children look forward to attending, they have so much fun and do so many activities such as arts and craft. I know they are in safe hands, would definitely recommend.

We moved from London to Maidstone and were really unsure of which nursery to put our 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter in and I am so glad we chose Hemsley House. Although my son cried at drop-off for the first week, they both transitioned really well into the nursery and it's clear to see that all of the staff are really engaged, caring and committed to the wellbeing and development of the kids. By week 2, my son was literally running through the door to get in. Sam, Emma and the staff go far out of their way to communicate what's going on at the nursery and to plan fun and engaging activities. They know the kids as individuals. Both the Tonbridge Road and Terrace Road sites are fantastic - completely geared towards the kids' developmental abilities and interests. My son and daughter are always beaming when I come to pick them up. They've been there for 6 months now and I keep being more and more impressed with how they care and nurture the kids.

My son had an hour starter day, then 2 hours the following day, he hated every minute of it. We took him out and found a preschool he really enjoyed. When asking Helmsley to transfer the funding to the new school, they assured me they would, but 2 months later they refuse and ignore requests, making me realise this place is just about making money and has nothing to do with a child's welfare. Shame on you!
