Pick and mix, wasn’t a mix at all. Included 3 different sweets. None of them were actually pictured on the pack. For £27.99 I expect to be given the mix shown on the pack, it’s misleading. When contacting customer service via messenger, I didn’t even get a sorry, nothing. Basic empathy costs nothing. Especially if you own a small business. All I got in response was, do you want the discount pal? I don’t want to be called pal. I’m a customer and I expect professionalism. Very dissatisfied. And won’t be using the discount code as it’s really not worth it.
