    Had an issue with a urgent part delivered item, which was no fault of Hemisphere, the freight forwarder, simply a mess caused by the courier nominated for them. Contacted Hemisphere to see if they could help and from the MD down to the driver the problem was solved seamlessly, efficiently and with complete professionalism. Missing items were delivered within 3 hours of first contact, and a wedding was saved. What a fantastic company. They didn't have to help, it wasn't their problem, but they did. They could have passed the buck, as the easiest thing to do, but they didn't. They could have turned their back, but they stood up front and centre. All credit to them.
