I couldn’t recommend Heming more highly. My girlfriend and I made an appointment to look at engagement rings, and Lee allowed us as much time as we needed to ponder different settings and stones. He then took me through our ideas and picked out a selection of stones, and helped me put together the ring I wanted, both in person and over Zoom. It never seemed as if I was dealing with a shop in the ordinary sense, as the whole experience was much more personal than I ever expected. I’d certainly go back.

Had a poor experience in making my payment (amex) but the manager followed up personally by phone- refunding the charge and taking a new payment (even giving me a small discount for the inconvenience) a great example of excellent customer service and i am now a happy customer. This is a great store and the lady who helped me was really helpful and friendly- now that they have resolved the issue, i will definitely use them again.
