Long wait for simple trophy repairs, The shop closes as and when they feel like it, making it frustrating to collect the completed work. Also no communication from emails, despite the shop having contact details. 👎

Wonderful service! Hemel Trophy Engraved the jewellery much more quickly than expected, texted me to let me know it was ready, and did a beautiful job. Over 25 different fonts available, sized and placed thoughtfully on the jewellery (Sterling ‘dog tags’). Friendly, helpful, fantastic!

They have a large selection of trophies on display and catalogues you can browse through. Ordered several trophies for an upcoming golf trip to Spain and Annie (hope I have her name correct) couldn't have been more helpful ! A quick turn around time for engraving too which was just as well as I left placing my order fairly late !
