I have nothing but praise for this charity I did not hear anything from them for about 9 months but then the day came when i received their lette in the post with the pictures off the family that is using the pump I had donated as a sadka jariya for my deceased mother was the best feeling in the world. I would say pls just give this charity some time too process your donations.
