I had care for my Nan early 2022. I must say that the office and care team tried their hardest to accommodate our complexed needs. Unfortunately they couldn’t help with all and that was down to a different department through to a more clinical expertise. Overall a very good experience and happy with the service

Helping Hands Chigwell is first class service. Their carers are good people and well-trained. They also do an excellent job of monitoring the situation constantly to be sure things are as they should be. I would highly recommend this service. They offer personal care assistance, companionship visits, financial help and nutrition and hydration help alongside medication support, they can even take your pet for a walk!! highly recommended

Be very careful When applying for this job I was told at the beginning they cover Loughton/Chigwell and I applied for Loughton branch on indeed. I turned up for training one day sat on the chair and then to be “told oh we’re not doing the training today” because it was just me totally wasted my time!! They should of called me before me turning up totally unprofessional asked me to come back some time the week after after that I was very put off because of the lack of communication. Attended very basic training which was told it was finishing at 3 ended up being 4:30 when I had to collect my son. Finally was able to start my shadowing which was a 40min drive from my place at the beginning of the day wasn’t so bothered but knew I would be late because of traffic, then my last call ended up being in barking side which they did not tell me in the interview!i then cancelled the call as it was 48 mins away and a total waste of driving. They harassed me with calls constantly when I told them on email/ phone call I wouldn’t be attending due to it being very far! Now have left the company as they have the cheek to send you to Walthamstow Loughton then back to ilford it’s such a waste of petrol and time! Be very careful when applying as they DID NOT mention this to me when I applied for the job otherwise I would of absolutely said no I am still waiting for them to send me the proof of when they said they cover walthamstow and other areas! I’m not silly and would not drive in them areas otherwise I would of applied for a job there! Please don’t waste your time unless you want to be driving around like an idiot.

Stanley is very happy with the standard of care and the friendliness and patience of his carers. Supported by an efficient office team, organisation is very good and always an excellent response to any ad hoc changes to the planned schedule.
