First of all.. Steve is a brilliant guy that did try to help me but it wasn't permanent help it gave me a false sense of security which failed to stop me from being homeless. the guy Steve uses to help people from being homeless is not interested in helping anyone but his bank balance he was supposed to give me somewhere to live for a few month but after 2 week he wanted me out and I'm not a bad person at all I literally didn't do a thing wrong. I'd avoid the help from this charity as it will not help you it will waste your time trust me I'm homeless and I've had help from here and I'm still homeless it doesn't make sense at all. Stay away

I recently met a homeless veteran who's been living in a tent for 3 months, I phoned this charity as I thought they might be able to help him, only to be told he would have to contact the website which is difficult when he's no money and no access to the internet. The guy I spoke to was on holiday (lucky him) and was reluctant to help. He told me to contact the council, as I work and have a family it's difficult for me to take this on but obviously I'll do my best I have no experience in helping the homeless but I'm sure I'll find a charity willing to help .

This charity helped house me when I became homeless, the founder is a great guy, always with a smile on his face and kind words of support, the entire charity is outstanding in what they do for homeless veterans and in how they act. Bravo.
