My daughter ordered a canvas for 26.99 which includes delivery charge. The pics she selected was quite dark. Usually they enhance the brightness or request for bright pics. When we select photos online it looks ok but when it’s on canvas it looks cheap and worst. Not happy.

I'm really torn writing this review, as we really loved the custom shape pictures. However, we are about to move out, so I wanted to remove them - well the wall came off for every single item (it was about 20). So, now thanks to this, I can find an emergency handyman to cover the walls, instead of concentrating on packing up the house. Obviously, there's a cost involved as well, which we had not anticipated. So, while we really loved the product itself, the removal of it is horrible.

I ordered a framed photo online. It came out beautifully. Customer service top notch. The frame was far from top notch. Very cheap and shoddily put together. HC sent another one quickly but they clearly hadn’t checked the quality before sending it. It was still pretty bad with the backing coming away from the frame and the edges coming away from the corners. Then another one was sent. 8/10. I had to put some Uhu on one of the corners. Quality control please Hello Canvas!

This is a joke. I order from this company in Sunday night and i pay extra 30 quid to be arrive in time before Christmas Because I choose to pay 30 quid for my order to arrive at time . And the other option is to arrive after Christmas so I pay the extra!!!!! checked my order and he’s not even in the UK yet. My recommend for this company Do you know order from it nothing arrive in time and I will never ever ever ordered from them again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 It’s absolutely a joke.

Excellent, personal service, given that this is an online product. I had a very old photo to go on a small canvas, and paid a small extra amount for HelloCanvas to create it for me on the canvas. Their communications were great; and it was delivered on time, when it was supposed to arrive!

Honestly not a bad product but the prints came out very dark and oversaturated. Just a shame! Spending over £50 for something that is that poor quality is just a shame.

Really disappointed in the overall experience. I’ve been wanting to order from Hellocanvas for ages, so finally took the leap & placed an initial order of 6 square prints. I was emailed that it would take 5 working days. Now on day 7, I still don’t have it. Tracking info is nonsense. Went from sorting house to shipped (15th) to saying it’s due to be delivered 15th to back at sorting house with no updated info. Really upset as this was meant as a gift, but will not be here in time. Customer service was very nice, but not really helpful as they told me to phone again tomorrow if it’s not updated?? Then offered to reprint, which doesn’t help if the issue seems to be shipping. Perhaps the fact that it’s produced in the Netherlands makes it more complicated. I don’t think I would use this service again sadly.

I have ordered customshapes from Hello Canvas now on three separate occasions and each time I have been very happy with the outcome. You should pre edit your photos before uploading them as the edit options are mainly just crop and filter but that’s no problem. I’ve found it’s better to have them a touch (not gleaming) brighter and lighter as they seem to print ever so slightly darker than the originals. This is no doubt down to my photo settings but as someone who just takes beautiful photo memories and doesn’t think about camera settings so they’re on general auto or whatever I’ve found that lightening them a little before uploading to the site is recommended. The whole process in hassle free and simple and I will be ordering more as I create more memories. I’ve never been on a time constraint so can’t comment on the length of time it takes but I haven’t noticed it to be very long. The follow up emails from the company are cute and they do actually make me want to continue to order from the company even though I know they are auto generated and not just for me personally lol They don’t send too many and the ones they do send are what reminds me that I want to have more printed. This company have never not delivered in my opinion and I would recommend them to my nearest and dearest.
