I placed an order on Tuesday, June 9th, and got an email the following morning (the 10th) that the package had been dispatched. I sent a message via the contact form on the website the same day I ordered to verify they had the right shipping address and have still not gotten a response. My order came with what was supposed to be 2-day tracked shipping within the U.K., but the email had no tracking number. I didn’t think much of it, but after a few days with no package, I sent an email to ask if I could have the tracking number, because I was getting worried. That was two days ago and still no response. Today I sent messages on both FB and Instagram to ask for assistance. I’m not holding my breath for a response and my next step is filing a claim on PayPal to get my money back. Unfortunately I can’t call, as I am in the U.S. and this is going to my boyfriend in the U.K. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. EDITED: someone got back to me after messaging on FB. They did respond and verify the shipping address and the email was in my junk mail. They told me they would try to find my tracking number tomorrow and get back with me. Very thankful to finally be in contact with someone!

paid for 24 hour delivery didn't arrive until 4 days tracking number did not work terrible communication when they did reply would not refund me postage blamed royal mail keep well away loads of better sites out there you have been warned
