One of the worst services I have ever used. I only used them once and it was ridiculous the amount of issues I ran into for my first experience. When I received my items back they were wet and smelled of cigarettes (I do not smoke). Then they went on to say they didn’t when clearly they did but went forward with cleaning them again and said they would be done Monday and they would contact me. Monday came and nothing from Hellolaundry. When I contacted them they proceeded to say they never said they would deliver it on Monday and that despite that I told them I had work on Tuesday and I was waiting around all day on Monday they would deliver it on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm which I reorganized my schedule for. As I am at work I get a text saying it is delivering in the next 5 minutes at 4:45. I had to run home from work to meet the driver and my items still smelled like cigarettes. Overall the customer service is beyond rude and the quality of their laundry services is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

I used this service to dry clean 3 x winter coats. I scheduled the collection for after 7pm as I wasn't going to be at home before then but the driver showed up at 3pm so i had to ask them to come back the following day. The same thing happened with the return. Two days later, i then received the invoice which was nearly £128 for 3 coats (including a 20% discount), which was automatically taken from my account. According to their price list, the total should have been £60 and when i questioned the cost to understand why there was such an increase, I didn't receive a reply. I followed up but I am still yet to receive an explanation for the unexpected cost. I wouldn't recommend using their services Service: Dry cleaning

Avoid at all costs! I used this company to clean my bedding (4 pillows, and a king size douvet). I selected this on the website, but when the driver came it didn’t have the option for these items on the form so he ticked mixed wash. I pointed out to him that these are not items that can be washed normally, and he said “don’t worry, they will sort it out when they receive it”. I received my bedding back two days later. Firstly it was all still damp. Secondly, there was black body hairs on the bedding (not belonging to me!). Thirdly, the pillows were all shrunk, distorted, and damaged beyond useable. I called their phone number twice but it doesn’t work. I sent an email which they ignored. I then contacted their online chat and was told someone would get back to me but they never did. The pillows also had large labels on that clearly said not suitable for washing machines. Not only did they damage my items and ignore my emails, but I checked my bank and they have charged me twice with no explanation. Absolute scam of a company,

Texted to say they were picking up the laundry 5 hours before the time slot I selected. I needed to chase them to ask them to honour the chosen pickup option. They still arrived nearly an hour early. Similarly, clothes were dropped off more than 30 minutes before the window I specified. My clothes have no discernable laundry / fresh smell. I can't detect any trace of product used. Clothes weren't folded - just shoved into the plastic bags. Extremely crumpled. Socks weren't paired, clothes had hair stuck to them. There was also someone else's sock in my bag. Who knows what items of mine have ended up in another bag. Really unimpressed. Genuinely upset at the poor service. Service: Laundry wash & fold

I wish I could give them under 1 star, that’s how bad they are! I am so disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before I decided to give my laundry to this unprofessional company. Didn’t respect the collection time, they were late 1h30min which ruined my plans, the didn’t clean properly my clothes and when I am trying to contact them I literally can’t, no one picks up the phone, no response to my emails, no response on the website. Very very disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a great service at all. They had lost my laundry and lied to me when it would return. They then refused to pay for the loss and ignored my emails, really bad customer service and have no care. I’d recommend using someone else for a more reliable / better service. They still haven’t helped me out and it has almost been two months, £300 worth in clothes missing. Service: Laundry wash & fold
