In short: I cannot recommend Hello Haus highly enough! We have recently undertaken a big garage conversion, one of the results of which is a large, open hallway. I was drawing blanks as to how to furnish the space and make it look both smart and homely and so I contacted Katie. From the outset, she was brilliant. Katie arrived when the space was just a shell and she was on hand to advise throughout the build and beyond. Her mood boards were a delight and I couldn’t believe how she’d managed to capture 99% of what I didn’t even know I was looking for in the first draft! Katie advised on colours, flooring, furniture, paint colours, fitted furniture, art works, doors, and more. She put me in contact with some of the best trades I’ve ever used (joiners and window dressings particularly) and the end result is beyond what we ever could have imagined. We have a beautiful, chic hallway that is both a “wow” space and a really useable room. I’ve since asked Katie to help on our new front room too, and would trust her completely to understand a client’s brief and to suggest really beautiful pieces and ideas. Thank you Katie! Katie @hellohaus was instrumental in helping me with the interior design for my newly renovated Kitchen/living space. I love her style and she was able to adapt all aspects of the project to align with my needs. Katie was extremely professional, kind and helpful and was always on hand to give advice on what aspects I may have been unsure of. Most of the project was developed remotely during the pandemic, the packages she offers, finalised images and sourcing lists were perfect for that. Even outside of the pandemic I would fully recommend the service she provides remotely if you live further away as I do (living overseas at the time). It felt like a huge support through a fairly nightmarish build and I couldn’t recommend Hello Haus and Katie herself highly enough. Even if it’s just a room that’s missing a little something, her creative flair, experience and knowledge will definitely provide the right solution!!! Service: Interior decorating

We did the e-design visualization package with Katie, with the aim to create a cosy snug room that functions both as an office in the day and a snug at night. It was a complicated layout that we would have struggled to do ourselves. Katie took the guess work out of it and working with her has quickly made our least favorite room our favorite room! Katie helped us source furniture, design the layout and with the help of mood boards and floor plans it really brought the room to life. I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. Which need full refurbishment throughout, to include a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new carpets, flooring, tiling, coving, painting, decorating, furniture, rugs and all accessories. I was recommended Katie at Hello Haus by a family member. Engaging an interior designer was not a decision I took lightly, however is one that I am absolutely delighted that I made. Katie was fantastic, she was very consultative and was not just imposing her own styles on me. She spent a lot of time understanding the taste of both my son and I, she was also very sympathetic as to what existing furniture we were going to use, ensuring her designs would accommodate this. She spent as much time as we needed with us, either on the phone, emails or coming to the apartment. She produced mood boards, 3D designs giving us various options for all areas. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, her attention to detail was fantastic, whilst be extremely aware of our budget. I would recommend Hello Haus to anyone who like myself needs advice regarding colours, designs and space planning without being intimidated. Had the pleasure of working along side Katie on a project recently in Harpenden. One of the most important things in this industry is being able to communicate with one another. Katie was a pleasure to work with, she had a clear plan for the project and was incredibly organised from the very first day we met on site. Her brief for the project was clear and very well presented so I knew exactly what was needed and could even get a feel for the overall end result in the customers home. From a client perspective I could see how her approach would help someone clearly see what could be achieved and from a tradesman side it was great to be able to suggest things, discuss our own ideas and develop our part of the project together with her. Katie’s experience with scheduling of work, management other trades and her regular meetings on site are invaluable and help to keep things moving forward.
