I am currently pregnant with my first baby! I couldn’t reconnect Hello Baby in St Helens enough! We have been for 2 scans now, one at 11 weeks and one at 17 for our gender scan. The one at 11 weeks was so clear even though I was early on. The staff are so lovely and friendly and honestly can’t do enough for you. I then went back at 17 weeks and again another amazing experience seeing our baby in 4D. We then purchased a balloon and found out we were expecting a baby boy. I was recommended hello baby by my best friend who has used them for both her pregnancy’s and I would honestly recommend to anyone I knew in the future who was expecting a baby. Really positive experience with a fabulous company x

Had an early reassurance scan at 7 weeks then a gender scan at 15 weeks to find out I was having my baby girl. Such lovely ladies, very welcoming and reassuring throughout the scan. I will definitely be back again, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! X

Amazing is all I can say! They helped me so much throughout my pregnancy I came to them since being 5 weeks pregnant they even give me a re scan a week later to check babys heartbeat free of charge I then came at 6 weeks 7,8,9 and 10 weeks to then my gender scan at 15 weeks and each time they where spot on with my dates I honestly will not be going anywhere else for my baby scans and we will be coming back for more very soon thank you so much you made the start of my pregnancy alot less worrying for me and my partner and we will see you soon x

I first came here 3 years ago to find out i was finally having my first rainbow baby girl after having 3 boy’s and a miscarriage. I re-attended 3 weeks ago for my early scan at 6 weeks and again on thursday at 9 weeks, i will be back in 4 weeks for my gender scan and then i will return for further 4D scans. Katie is lovely, her and the lady on the desk make you feel so welcome. I travel over an hour on the train there and back each time. I can’t recommend this place enough xx

i wouldn’t recommend this place to be honest. i went today for an early scan given i’ve had several miscarriages in a row so actually managing to hit 6 weeks was extremely emotional for me and coming for this scan was supposed to feel special. i was dumped in the scan room to fill out paperwork and then about 10 minutes later the lady come in scanned me for literally 3/4 minutes when it was supposed to be 15 minutes long and said okay do you want 4 pictures i said yeah okay.. then she said there 2.50 so i instantly felt embarrassed saying no i didn’t want 4 so i took them and paid for it even though i didn’t want too because i’d just spent £45 on a scan that i was in the room for a few minutes for. it was nothing like the scan i had with my daughter or my son and has gone massively downhill. i’m truly so upset by this experience and they used to put the individual photos on the nice little white frame things but no, they were dumped in the middle and threw into the bag. all in all i spent £55 on a 3 minute experience. absolutely outrageous Further to your response as it won’t allow me to reply directly. I want to say, make it clear to customers that you get 3-4 minutes in your actual scan then. You could spend the other 10 minutes explaining where your ovaries are etc like other scan places do. And yes I was dumped in the room “over there” to fill out paperwork. I could have said no to the pictures but kind of felt intimidated so said no. I won’t be returning to hello baby as from the last time I came here with my son and with my daughter I had positive experiences but it’s gone massively downhill and I have only now realised that the scan lady isn’t even medically qualified.

My sister in law booked the scan for us as she was recommended by a friend who had both her gender scans with Hello Baby and they were right. The experience was great, we got to see baby, hear the heart beat and the staff were so lovely! 💙

The girls at Hello Baby are wonderful. Sadly found out we had a MC last may and they called us a few days later to see how we were. The aftercare was brilliant on a personal level. We’re now having a little boy 🌈 and have had all of our scans with Hello Baby from reassurance to gender so far. Definitely would recommend.

I would avoid! I went for a ‘4d scan’ on Saturday my appointment was at 1.45pm I got seen at 2.15pm (which I wasn’t bothered about) I eventually got in the room at 2.15pm for my scan and was out by 2.20pm. I paid £65 for a 4D scan (this didn’t include any pictures as I had to purchase these separately) The lady who scanned me (Katie) didn’t even try and get any decent pictures of my baby she got 2/3 in 4d and said to me ‘I can’t get any good ones’ and got 5 more in 2d (black and white) after saying she couldn’t get any good pictures she then said she was done leaving me with 7 photos in total to choose from (only 2/3 being in 4d). I was offered £20 refund for there being more pics in 2d than there was 4d. I was also told the gender in the room and was made to pay £2.50 for my gender in an envelope! These people chose to completely ignore my messages after me sending several messages to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional

The best scan experience i’ve ever had, I've had previous losses one which was found during a routine 12 week nhs scan so any scan makes me and my husband extremely anxious, both the women at the clinic were un aware of this however made me feel really relaxed and didn’t keep me waiting which helped a lot, the scan was great we were able to find out the gender and has definitely helped in minimising my anxiety around scans, overall it was a really great experience and i would highly recommend to anyone anxious or not, i was able to purchase all the extras that i wanted and the ladies took care of everything for us.

Had our 6 week early scan, 16 week gender scan & 28 weeks 4D scan at Hello Baby. Had the best experience every time! Lovely staff & really helpful. Very patient, allowing you to come back if you are unable to get a good picture of the baby. Highly recommend the diamond delight package. Definitely get a scan booked!
